Biography

Rebecca Kelly is a litigation and regulatory partner in Morgan Lewis’ Dubai office and has been working in the Middle East for more than 10 years. She counsels Middle Eastern and international clients on corporate and regulatory compliance, regulatory investigations, represents clients in arbitration and litigation, conducts white collar crime investigations and advises companies on how to address and comply with anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and anti-bribery domestic and foreign legislation.
