Biography
Karen is recognised internationally as a leading commercial litigator and restructuring and insolvency practitioner. Karen is the Restructuring & Insolvency National Practice Group Leader of Clayton Utz, one of Australia's leading independent firms, and an elected member of its Board. She has been a business member of the Australian Companies' Auditors and Liquidators Board since 2012.
