Biography
Hui [pronounced “hway”] is a global corporate and government ethics-compliance leader, writer, speaker, and researcher. She consults with governments and companies around the world on how to build, measure, and evaluate ethics and compliance programs in areas such as anti-fraud, anti-bribery, healthcare, quality control, competition law, safety, and environmental protection. She also works with leading academic institutions in empirical research. She was the first-ever Compliance Counsel Expert at Fraud Section of the United States Department of Justice, and had worked as an in-house compliance leader in Microsoft, Pfizer, and Standard Chartered Bank, in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
