Biography

Bernadette has worked as a tax lawyer for 30 years. She has achieved many significant successes and accolades for her clients, which is evidenced by the numerous awards she has received.Bernadette has published numerous articles in major Italian and foreign tax journals. She has been an active member of the IBA's Committee on Taxation for many years and has participated in many conferences both as a speaker and Chair. In 2022 she participated as Co-Chair of the panel "The threat of EU Tax Measures (ATAD and Pillar II) on US investment in the EU" at the IFA USA-Italy bilateral meeting in Washington DC, on 2 June, in 2022 she was also lecturer at the training event "La gestione del contenzioso tributario alla luce delle disposizioni introdotte dalla Legge n. 130/2022" organised by Optime. On 16 January 2023, she was Chair in the panel 'Current developments affecting the securitisation and the derivatives market' at the 12th Annual London Finance & Capital Market conference in London.
