Biography

Calvin Leung focuses on business and corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, technology law and venture capital. He advises and assists international and domestic clients on a wide range of issues, including acquisitions and sales of private businesses, capital investments, outsourcing arrangements, strategic alliances, technology, distribution, development and licensing, information technology, and e-commerce issues.
