Biography

I have over 17 years’ experience with the Australian Federal Police, 10 of these on the front line of digital forensic investigations. I am a recognised expert in the preservation, acquisition, analysis and reporting of electronic evidence and an assessor of accredited forensic laboratories. I assist clients to capture and preserve vital evidence once a cybercrime has occurred, having examined hundreds of computers, networks, mobile telephones, GPS systems, CCTV and other electronic storage devices. I am experienced in examining corporate and government systems that have been breached by internal employees and external attackers. My expertise has led to numerous prosecutions, including members of the Anonymous group.
