Biography

Mr. Akil Hirani is one of India’s leading lawyers having more than 25 years of experience. His particular experience includes structuring investments of foreign companies and financial institutions into India, banking, regulatory, M&A, joint ventures, and private equity. He is admitted to practice law in India, California, and England & Wales, and has work experience in London and the Bay Area.
