Biography

John’s practice is focused predominantly on domestic and multi-jurisdictional banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate transactions. His banking & finance experience includes acting for borrowers and lenders on acquisition financings, super senior credit facilities, high yield bond offerings, asset-based financings, corporate facilities, construction facilities and project financings. He also advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, corporate finance and general corporate matters. John is a former Managing Partner of Fasken’s London office and was based in London for over 10 years. He is a Co-Chair of the ABA/IBA Joint Cross-Border Legal Opinions Task Force.
