Biography

After having left private practice in May 2016, I am advising clients - not as a lawyer - in achieving successful projects, with a focus at impact financed projects through my company The Faithful Goose, Projects with Impact. What is impact finance? The UN Sustainable Development Goals ("SDG's"), to be achieved by 2030, require an investment of US$ 76 trillion. It is to be expected that the vast majority of the financing to be provided will be in the form of "Impact Investment": investments by private investors (and institutionals) with a view of achieving a certain impact in the relevant SDG, where at the same time some form of return on this investment will be generated.
