Biography

Mr. Iglesia is currently the managing partner of the Litigation and Arbitration Practices in Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira. A member of the firm since 1998, he became a partner in 2003. He has extensive experience as a lead lawyer in national and international arbitration and court proceedings in a broad range of cases. He specializes in civil liability and construction and engineering law. In his over 25 years as a lawyer, in the area of construction and engineering law, he has represented Spanish and foreign companies in national and international projects, advising them on all aspects from the contract-negotiation phase to defending them before the courts of justice or in arbitration.
