Biography

Eva's practice covers all aspects of employment law. She advises and litigates in various matters, ie concerning (collective) redundancy, privacy/data protection and employee co-governance law. Eva also regularly offers strategic advice in complex matters and international projects. The rights and obligations in flexible employment relations are an area of special interest to her. As a partner, Eva heads the Employment Law Team together with Chris Nekeman. Besides, she is head of the group of internationally operating employment-law attorneys. Eva is also an MfN-registered mediator in the field of employment and employee co-governance law. Eva regularly publishes and lectures about employment-law topics in the Netherlands and abroad.
