Rotimi is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Attorney with years of critical experience in commercial legal practice and core expertise in handling legal issues relating to ICTs, Legal & Legislative Drafting of ICT Instruments, eCommerce, Social, Mobile and Cloud Technologies, Financial & Regulation Technologies, Intellectual Properties and Digital Assets, Internet governance, Legal & Policy Issues on Emerging Technologies, together with all aspects of Law relating to the current information society and digital economy. He is an adjunct Faculty Member and Lecturer of ICT Law & Policy at the Digital Bridge Institute of the Nigeria Communications Commission. A digital strategist and full stack developer
