Ina Popova

Biography

Ina C. Popova is a partner and member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group whose practice focuses on international arbitration, complex commercial litigation and public international law. Ms. Popova is admitted to practice in Paris and New York and holds advanced degrees in English law. She has particular experience in the mining and energy sectors, in which she regularly handles multi-billion-dollar disputes involving commercial, environmental and public international law issues across a variety of jurisdictions. Ms. Popova is dual-qualified in civil law and common law and she frequently leads contentious matters in Spanish and French.
