Specializes in commercial agreements and intellectual property and works in practice to a large extent as an external general counsel for several both national and international clients. Has long experience from cross-border work with a special focus on technology and intellectual property driven companies, such as companies within life sciences, retail & fashion, IT and design/architecture. Has further experience from regulatory work within especially the life science field. Ranked by Who's Who Legal as a leading lawyer in Life Sciences (Regulatory and Transactional). Officer in the International Bar Association (IBA) Technology Law Committee and member of the Swedish Bar Association
