Biography

Yun Zhou is a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm's Shanghai Office and is a member of its management committee. Specializing in cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, corporate finance, real estate, PE and capital markets, Mr. Zhou also serves as the co-head of the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. As a member of both the PRC and New York State Bars, he has advised a variety of international clients and also Chinese clients doing international business. His work has led to consistently being named an “Asia Leading Lawyer” by Asia Legal Business and has earned multiple distinguished recommendations in the fields of corporate law and M&A from Chambers and Partners.
