Michael McIlwrath

Biography

Michael Mcilwrath is the founder of MDisputes Srl (www.mdisputes.com), a company that provides in-house counsel support for international disputes. He is an adjunct professor at Bocconi Law School, and former Chair of the ICC's Governing Body for Dispute Resolution Services. Before creating MDisputes, Michael spent 22 years as lead in-house litigation counsel, covering the role of Vice President of Litigation at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas. In 2017, Arbitral Women recognized him as a Champion of Change.
