Biography

William Kofi Owusu Demitia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Taxation and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. William is also Master Tax Professional of South Africa [MTP(SA)] William worked as a pupil at the Sam Okudzeto & Associates and was a legal officer at the Human Rights Advocacy Centre. He was also a senior associate consultant at Ali-Nakyea & Associates – a firm of tax attorneys, solicitors and consultants. William is currently a lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Ghana. His areas of interest include, corporate, finance and taxation.
