Biography

Iryna Moroz is a recognized expert in the field of international arbitration, international trade, and litigation. Iryna’s extensive expertise in dispute resolution practice includes the handling of complex commercial and investment arbitrations at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Arbitration Court at the ICC, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and in the resolution of trade and maritime disputes in GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, RSA. She has a unique experience and knowledge that allows her to advise clients in the field of international trade on all issues of export contracts execution and international cargo transportation. Iryna handles the contracts of the largest Ukrainian and international trading companies. She is the first Central and Eastern European lawyer, along with other partners, invited to lecture at GAFTA training and educational courses that deal with issues of international trade, dispute resolution, and shipment of goods under GAFTA arbitration procedures. Iryna also possesses wide experience in advising clients on the issues of international family law, marriage registration, division of property, child support, maintenance, temporary or permanent relocation, abduction, adoption, inheritance. Moreover, Iryna is one of the few practitioners in the Ukrainian legal market who have deep knowledge and experience in ART and surrogacy treatment for foreigners in Ukraine. Mrs. Moroz frequently participates in pro-bono projects related to the protection of children and family rights and also regularly gives comments to popular publications as an expert in the field of family law.
