Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Private Equity areas at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados. He advises domestic and foreign players in local and cross-border transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, sales of assets, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, foreign investments, and other corporate transactions. The deals he takes part in involve various segments of the economy, including energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and transportation, food and beverage, insurance, real estate, automotive, agribusiness, among others.
