Biography

I am an advocate and a licensed tax advisor. I specialise in issues related to corporate income tax (CIT) and value added tax (VAT). I have an experience in tax optimisation projects, transactional advice and due diligence reviews, as well as providing ongoing tax advice to companies from various sectors, including technology (IT, NewTech and GameDev companies), real estate. I am working closely with crypto and blockchain companies.
