Biography

Ritva Aalto is known for her extensive experience in high-profile tax disputes and for advising both industrial and private equity clients in the tax aspects of complex transactions. She also regularly advises clients in tax matters related to debt and equity capital market transactions as well as management and employment incentive programs. Prior joining D&I Ritva Aalto has worked for another leading Finnish law firm. In addition, she has also worked for a major auditing firm as a tax specialist and the Finnish Tax Administration. Ritva Aalto acts as International Bar Association’s National Reporter for Taxes Committee (Finland) in 2018-2019.
