Biography

I am Senior In-house Counsel and Data Privacy Manager at Maus Frères International in France which owns many brands including Lacoste, Gant and Aigle. I oversee and manage a legal team covering a wide range of legal issues, especially in commercial and corporate law, for Maus Frères International in EU and USA, which includes IP right issues in connection with a variety of commercial contracts, marketing activities, advertising, media planning and buying, and the negotiation of co-branded operations. I am also specialized in sport business with the negotiation of sponsoship contracts. My experience and expertise are mainly specialized in fashion, luxury and sport industries
