Andres Castiglioni

Biography

Andres Castiglioni is a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions group at Pérez-Llorca. He previously worked in Ferrere (Montevideo, Uruguay) in their Mergers & Acquisitions team, and briefly in their Litigation and Arbitration area, where he collaborated on civil and commercial cases. He graduated from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and also holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. He used to be an instructor on Private International Law at and was also a part of the arbitration moot team of the Law School of Universidad de la República.
