Neal Lomax

Biography

Neal Lomax is a Partner in the Cayman Islands office of Mourant Ozannes and specialises in all aspects of corporate work. He has extensive experience advising clients on the establishment and restructuring of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds. His wide-ranging corporate and commercial experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes, he practised with Skadden, Arps and Simmons & Simmons in London and with ENS in Johannesburg.
