Roland Mathys

Biography

Roland Mathys is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Information and Communication Technology and Intellectual Property Group in Zurich. His core field of practice is information and communication technology (ICT) law, and he also works frequently in intellectual property (IP) law and competition law. In ICT, he often advises clients in outsourcing transactions and major technology projects. He also renders advice in all matters related to software development, IP protection and licensing, and emerging technologies. Data protection, technology related compliance issues and ICT dispute resolution are further strong fields of his activity. Roland Mathys is recommended by Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal.
