Biography

Avik leads the employment law practice and is also a part of the leadership of the anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) practice group of INDUSLAW. He has been regularly ranked by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, AsiaLaw, Who’s Who Legal and India Business Law Journal as one of India’s top employment lawyers. Avik is very well regarded for his strategic advice to legal, compliance and HR functions of multinational corporations in relation to employment risk mitigation and management, anti-bribery/corruption investigations and compliance matrices, and related best practices in the Indian market. Avik is regularly involved in speaking engagements on employment law and anti-bribery/corruption topics in various seminars and events.
