Peter Ni

Biography

Peter Ni is a member of the management team of Zhong Lun Law Firm, one of the top three Chinese law firms with 2,500 lawyers, and used to lead the firm’s tax and wealth planning practice. He has almost 30 years of experience in providing international tax and wealth planning services to both Chinese and international clients, including 9 years in the US. Peter used to lead the Greater China tax practice of White & Case and the international tax practice of Ernst & Young China. Peter has been continuously ranked as a Band 1 tax lawyer and a Band 1 wealth planning lawyer by leading international directories including Chambers and Legal 500. In addition to his PRC legal education, Peter holds an LLM in corporate law from Harvard Law School and an LLM in Taxation from NYU Law School. He is qualified to practice law in both China and the US.
