Biography

David joined S&B in June 2016 where he co-heads the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice. Prior to that, David had spent 30 years at Clifford Chance in London, where he was co-head of that firm's R&I practice. David advises debtors and creditors on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including court-driven and out-of-court restructurings, as well as pre-packaged enforcements. He also advises insolvency officeholders. David has particular experience in the mining, commodities and insurance sectors. David is a member of R3 and of the U.K Insolvency Lawyers Association.
