Biography

Sergey Treshchev is a partner of RSP International, head of IDR and R&I practices in the Moscow office of the Firm. He focuses his practice on corporate, international trade, commercial banking, financial leasing and other financial transactions, mining, insolvency (restructuring), arbitration and litigation matters. Sergey has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in various transactions such as loans, securities transfers, mortgages and leases in Russia and abroad. He has also handled matters in securities, currency control and mining regulation.
