Biography

Reena SenGupta founded RSG Consulting in 2001 to provide research and consultancy to professional services. With over 25 years’ experience, she is known as one of the legal profession’s leading analysts and speakers. Whilst Publishing Director and Editor for various publications at Chambers & Partners between 1995 and 2001, Reena designed Chambers’ well-known ranking methodology. In 2005, Reena originated the concept of ranking lawyers on innovation, founding the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers reports/awards. As an innovation consultancy for the legal profession globally, RSG helps to unlock the creativity of lawyers working in private practice and in-house.
