Biography

Mr. Didkovskiy is a managing partner at Asters. He focuses on M&A, corporate, litigation, arbitration, insurance, and telecommunications law. Oleksiy advises major international investors in various industries from insurance and telecommunications to agribusiness on a wide range of corporate and securities issues. Mr. Didkovskiy has been recognized among the leading corporate, M&A and dispute resolution practitioners in Ukraine by the most authoritative international and Ukrainian market reviews, including The Legal 500, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, IFLR1000, Best Lawyers, Ukrainian Law Firms.
