Biography

An experienced lawyer practicing law for more than 10 years. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University. Ulyana is a permanent speaker at the conferences, such as The Conference on IT Legal FAQ: Doing IT-business in CIS&Baltic States, Minsk 2016, The Conference IT Legal FAQ 3.0: Opening IT companies in Lithuania and Estonia, Minsk 2016, The Seminar: How and Where legally srart ICO ? Moreover, she is published in the print and online editions of Belarus and CIS countries. Ulyana deals with the range of legal specialization: intellectual property, telecommunications, media, information technologies (IT), international tax planning, legal support of the activities of the High-Tech Park, currency regulation and currency control, tax law in IT, accounting in IT, intellectual property law, data protection. She completed the Mini-MBA business education course “Business MaximuM” organized by the consulting company “Zdes i seichas”. Ulyana takes part in World Bank research 'Doing Business'. She is Head of the IT law practice at REVERA law firm, Belarus. She is fluent in English and Russian.
