Biography

Vishal Gandhi is a leading business lawyer and the founder of Gandhi & Associates (www.gandhiassociates.com). Gandhi & Associates is a leading Indian law firm focusing on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions and information technology/intellectual property transactions. Additionally, the firm is involved in tax structuring and arbitration and litigation of business disputes. Vishal is a first generation lawyer and set-up the firm in 2003.
