Biography

CK Kwong JP (Justice of the Peace) is Senior Partner of Sit Fung Kwong & Shum and Immediate International Past President of Asian Patent Attorneys Association. His practice covers intellectual property, ADR, corporate transactions, China projects and complex litigation. CK is Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of CIArb London, WIPO appointed Neutral, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Notary Public and solicitor of Hong Kong, Australia/England/Singapore. He is on Panel of Arbitrators (IP) and Adjudicators, and Listed Arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Hong Kong’s Arbitration (Amendment) Ordinance 2017 (especially IP) was proposed by CK who serves on various Government bodies and has been named a Leading IP Lawyer by AsiaLaw.
