Biography

In his role as Director Business Development, Christof Schwab is responsible for further developing the whole service portfolio from share register administration through meeting services to proxy solicitation and employee equity plans at Computershare Germany. Christof Schwab has over 20 years of management experience in the areas of business development and corporate finance. He knows the investor relations requirements of globally acting large enterprises from his former roles. As Head of Equity Capital Markets at a leading German engineering company listed in the DAX 30, he was responsible for the development of equity capital measures and the organisation of Annual General Meetings. He accompanied the employee equity plan as well as spin offs of well-known business divisions of the corporate group.
