Mr. Josh Shin has more than 12 years of experience on a broad range of corporate law matters with extensive knowledge in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Over the past several years, Josh established a strong track record in various type of transactions in the healthcare sector, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and commercialization of drugs and medical devices, pharma distribution, private medical institutions, etc. He is a core member of Fangda’s corporate team and now acts as lead coordinator of the firm’s pharmaceutical and healthcare practice group.
