Biography

Marie-Aude Noury has been practicing for 22 years as a corporate finance attorney in Paris, having experience at both leading UK and US law firms. She had been a partner at Norton Rose LLP in Paris before establishing her own law firm five years ago. Her practice continues to focus on corporate finance, securities and stock exchange matters. She is particularly active in initial public offerings, capital markets transactions, mergers acquisitions or takeovers of listed companies, corporate governance and securities law. Marie-Aude regularly advises investment banks and issuers. She has been ranked in Chambers and Partners Global and Europe, Legal500 EMEA and Legal500 Paris for Equity Capital Markets in France for many years.
