Biography

Kazumitsu (Kaz) Goto represents both Japanese and international clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets transactions and other variety of legal matters. Native Japanese and fluent in English, Kaz handles a range of public and private M&A matters for both strategic and private equity clients, cross-border joint ventures, and global capital markets transactions, including advice on financial regulations. Kaz has been working as an on-site counsel at the largest securities company in Japan for two years, and has accumulated considerable experiences on initial public offering and other capital market businesses.
