Biography

Amit Steinman advises on the full range of corporate and commercial transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, capital markets and acquisition financing. His clients include multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and startup companies, spanning a wide range of sectors including technology, energy, infrastructure, telecoms, homeland security, financial services, media and clean-tech. Formerly a corporate lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Amit acts for a large number of clients from the U.S. and Europe on the operation, management and development of their business activities in Israel. In the field of telecommunications and media Amit has specific expertise in television and web-based productions, content development arrangements and joint ventures.
