Biography

Alexandra Sharpe is a Partner at Deloitte responsible for leading the firm’s national Family Enterprise Consulting Practice. She focuses on supporting and advising entrepreneurial families and family offices on generational transitions and change. In particular, Alex and her team help families define their goals and works alongside them to establish the structures, processes and relationships that will advance their efforts to achieve success. Projects that she leads range from the design of family governance structures for family businesses, the setup/review of family offices for wealthy families and the design and facilitation of bespoke next generation education programmes for future wealth inheritors.
