Biography

Wolf-Georg von Rechenberg advises medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad and specifically their entrepreneurs in corporate law, corporate governance and German and international tax law. His expertise includes conversion law, corporate acquisitions and restructurings as well as corporate succession. He has particular experience in advising public-sector companies, for instance in their capacity as shareholders or on matters relating to the supervisory bodies of state-owned companies.
