Biography

Marcel Meier is a Partner at Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) in Geneva. He focuses mainly on corporate tax law. In particular, he advises on collective investment schemes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, employee benefit and pension schemes, aircraft ownership structures and conducts tax disputes. Besides his corporate tax law practice, he is a trusted advisor for UHNWI and athletes. Furthermore, Marcel Meier regularly speaks at conferences on tax law. Chambers and other legal directories distinguish him as a leading tax lawyer in Switzerland.
