Vincent Bettonville

Biography

Vincent Bettonville is a partner and attorney-at-law at AKD and specialises in advising financial institutions, alternative credit providers and corporate clients on a wide range of cross-border and national finance transactions. His main areas of expertise are corporate and acquisition finance, real estate (investment) finance, and structured finance. Vincent acts on behalf of international clients primarily in Europe, the US and South America, as well as on behalf of large Dutch clients. Vincent is the practice group leader of the AKD finance & structuring group.
