Marco Nicolini

Biography

Marco Nicolini joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2006. In 2002 he was a foreign associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Chicago. Marco Nicolini is a lawyer specialised in advising Italian and foreign clients in Corporate - M&A (Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts), Real Estate (Hospitality Assets, Commercial Malls) and Renewable Energy (Wind, Biomass, Photovoltaic). He has spent four year in Chiomenti’s Hong Kong office, where he focused on advising Asian investors in relation to outbound M&A transactions from Asia to Italy.
