Erik Hammerstein

Biography

Erik Hammerstein is of counsel with bureau Brandeis, advocates in Amsterdam. He is a corporate lawyer. In his 40 year practise he assisted clients in public M&A deals,whilst he has a broad experience in corporate litigation both in The Netherlands and in foreign courts. He is regularly appointed as a special investigator by the Amsterdam court of appeal. Erik has been resident partner in Jakarta when working for a large international firm. He studied law at Trinity College Dublin ( BA,1975) and at the Radboud University of Nijmegen.
