Biography

I am a partner at Austrian firm Schoenherr. The focus of my work is (cross-border) M&A, takeover and corporate law, mainly representing foreign clients -- both strategic and financial investors. My industry specialization is the health care/life sciences sector but I have acted for clients across a variety of industries, both on larger and SME transactions.
