Biography

Tim is a partner in Corrs Chambers Westgarth's Corporate Advisory group in Sydney Australia. He has advised on some of the country’s largest and most complex transactions with his practice spanning public and private M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and regulatory investigations, including cross-border transactions involving private equity sponsors and listed entities. He also advises on regulatory and corporate governance matters and has worked across a range of industries on strategic corporate activity. Tim has consistently been listed as a leading lawyer by legal directories and publications including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers. Tim is a member of the Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves as an officer of the Securities Law and Capital Markets Committee of the International Bar Association.
