Biography

JANET WALKER CM, CArb, is an independent arbitrator practising from Toronto, London, and Atkin Chambers. For 25 years, she has served in ad hoc and administered commercial and treaty and arbitrations in many seats. She is an ICP officer and co-director of the Osgoode PD LLM in Construction Law. She is a distinguished research professor and past Associate Dean at Osgoode Hall Law School; and she authors the main text in private international law in Canada, and many other texts and publications.
