Biography

Susanne V. Clark is a Senior Managing Director and the General Counsel of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., an investment management firm focused on private equity and distressed investing. Prior to that, Ms. Clark was the GC and CCO of Basso Capital Management, L.P., an investment adviser managing multi-strategy, convertibles and credit funds. Prior to Basso, Ms. Clark was the Deputy GC of Amaranth Group Inc., an investment adviser for multi-strategy and long/short equity funds. Before that, Ms. Clark served as VP and Assistant GC at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of American Renal Holdings, Inc. Ms. Clark graduated with honors from Swarthmore College and received her J.D. from Columbia Law School.
