Biography

Focuses on the establishment and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, funds of funds, credit and real asset funds. Typically represents investment managers and sponsors and also seed investors, placement agents and joint venture partners. Has deep experience in fund related investment and financing transactions, including co-investments, fund restructurings and recapitalizations. Regularly represents secondary investment funds in investment and financing activities. Practice extends to stake investments, spin-outs, acquisitions, financings and joint ventures involving investment management firms, internal partnership and profit participation arrangements and advice on SEC regulatory and compliance matters.
